ENTREPRENEURIAL AWAKENING
This program offers individuals who want to launch a business idea the opportunity to economically value their knowledge of an art or trade and create their own enterprise. Entrepreneurial Awakening is a successful program deployed throughout Colombia and in countries such as Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Panama, and Peru.
The objective of the program is to help men and women discover their human, social, and entrepreneurial skills in order to structure a business model based on human development, organization, and innovation to achieve their personal and family life projects.

“Entrepreneurs of Value” Seminar held in Bogotá (Cundinamarca), with participation from SENA, MINTIC, the Bogotá Secretariat of Economic Development, Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca, Universidad de La Salle, among others.

Program Results
Among the achievements of the Entrepreneurial Awakening program is the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the agreement signed with La Salle University, aimed at establishing foundations for academic, educational, technological, technical, and cultural cooperation between the University and the Foundation. Thanks to this agreement, spaces were created for students from the Faculty of Administrative and Accounting Sciences to complete their internships: these students act as instructors for certain modules of the Entrepreneurial Awakening and Productive Awakening programs in Bogotá and the department of Cundinamarca.
La Salle University awarded a special recognition to Dr. María Luisa Piraquive for her invaluable work in promoting entrepreneurship in Bogotá and its surrounding municipalities. This recognition was presented during the closing ceremony for 961 entrepreneurs from the Entrepreneurial Awakening and Productive Awakening programs in Bogotá and Cundinamarca.
