Human Awakening

HUMAN AWAKENING: we develop the inner potential of people

HUMAN AWAKENING

The Human Awakening program represents an opportunity for personal growth: it promotes a “wake-up call” in each participant through a process of self-recognition and appreciation of their own abilities, in order to develop and strengthen human and social skills that lead to ethical and values-based behavior.

Its main objective is to strengthen the psychosocial skills of children and the elderly, so they can adapt to their environment and show autonomy and creativity in pursuing their life projects, contributing to personal, family, and social development.

In this context, experiential workshops focused on life projects and essential skills are conducted through the Learn to Grow and Well-being for the Elderly projects.

ACTIVITIES

The activities of the Learn to Grow and Well-being for the Elderly projects take place during unique sessions where children and the elderly respectively recognize their skills and share experiences, all within a framework of values.

For children, psychosocial skills are strengthened to improve coexistence and interaction with their environment through play, games, and the arts.

For the elderly, social relationships are reinforced through activities that promote active aging, stimulating autonomy and participation in their family and community context.

PROJECTS

The achievement of our goals is realized through various projects in which experiential workshops are conducted, focused on the LIFE PROJECT and LIFE SKILLS.

Learn to Grow

This project targets school-aged children, from 6 to 12 years old, and aims to strengthen their skills to improve coexistence and interaction with their environment, through activities involving play, fun, and the arts. It also develops abilities that help them face everyday life challenges: self-awareness, relationships with family, classmates, friends, teachers, and neighbors, as well as practicing values, their rights, and responsibilities.

Well-being for the Elderly

This project is aimed at men and women over 60 years old who are autonomous in self-care and mobility. It aims to strengthen the social relationships of seniors through actions that promote active aging, encouraging their autonomy and participation within their family and community context, based on values.

The project emphasizes the importance of this population, making them feel valued and recognizing the full potential of those who have reached this stage of life.
