This strategic line is based on improving the quality of life of families through entrepreneurship; it offers everyone the possibility to find the path that will lead to the fulfillment of their own life project.

Through this line, self-learning is encouraged: people want to undertake by themselves and must begin with a change in attitude, a “wake-up call” that drives them to overcome difficulties, achieve their dreams, and generate income by creating or strengthening their own business.

Productive Families is inspired by the example of Dr. María Luisa Piraquive, a self-taught entrepreneur; she carries out actions aimed at providing comprehensive training that develops both human and entrepreneurial skills.

The International Foundation María Luisa de Moreno implements the Productive Families line through three programs:

Programs of Productive Families

Human Awakening Program

This program encourages the recognition of personal abilities to design a life project by strengthening talents and skills and promoting the transformation of the individual through a culture of values.

Entrepreneurial Awakening Program

This program develops human, social, and entrepreneurial skills that enable families to structure their business model; it is based on human development, business planning, and organization in order to contribute to the realization of individual and family life projects.

Productive Awakening Program

This program strengthens micro-enterprises that need to deepen their business management by consolidating concepts and skills to generate income from a human perspective, thereby improving the quality of life of individuals and their environment.

Activities

– Two (2) Learning to Grow projects.
– Twelve (12) Well-being for the Elderly projects.
– Thirty-two (32) Entrepreneurial Awakening projects.
– Twenty-three (23) Productive Awakening projects.
– Nine (9) vocational training projects in Arts and Trades at the Bosa Recreo Information Point – Bogotá D.C.: One hundred and seven (107) workshops and seminars.
