César Eduardo Moreno, PhD

Co-founder Maria Luisa de Moreno International Foundation.

He is currently the Secretary-General of the Council of Founders and a member of the Board of Directors. He has extensive experience and leadership in decision-making regarding corporate social responsibility, with broad knowledge and experience in designing altruistic models and philanthropic programs, enabling the achievement of the Foundation’s goals.

Education:

  • Master’s in International Trade.
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Ph.D. in Business Administration.

THis effective leadership has been demonstrated in various social and educational activities, benefiting vulnerable communities nationally and internationally, as well as in his exemplary work.
